This piece is inspired by my realization that sometimes taking a pause and letting go will allow us to see what it is that we are looking for more clearly. Surrendering and merely allowing life to flow more gently and patiently naturally can be incredible liberating.

This piece is inspired by a great book “Letting go, the pathway to surrender” by David R. Hawkins MD Ph. D.
The author provides a mechanism for letting go of those blocks that keeps us apart from reaching happiness, love, joy, success, health and ultimately enlightment.

In doing so, we allow room for that precious space to flourish. Consequently, this will allow us to enter the realms of our inner selves where we can understand, trust and feel the light.

Life is easier when we flow with the path of least resistance. Many times I find that my own mind gets in the way and the flow is suspended for a certain period of time, but as we let go of a fixed idea or a feeling, the beauty and rhythm of life return.

The ocean represents a beautiful duality. The key lies in being able to apply the appropriate response to the circumstance. One can channel the ocean’s lovely contrast between wild seas and pristine calmness.

I realized how hard it can be to let the emotions flow. ENSO AND KOI
Enso is a sacred symbol in Zen Buddhism meaning circle of togetherness. It’s usually drawn as a single brushstroke so it allows the body to create while the mind let go. It also represents the beauty of imperfections, the art of letting go of expectations,the circle of life and connection, strength, elegance and one-mindedness.
The koi fish is also a great symbol in Japan of love,friendship,courage, perseverance,bravery and resilience.
